LookCarShow Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at LookCarShow. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total actual weight or volumetric weight of the items in your cart.
Calculated Shipping: Due to the large size and weight of automotive lighting assemblies, most products require calculated shipping to ensure safe and reliable international delivery.
Select Free Shipping Items: We may offer Free Standard Shipping on select promotional items or smaller accessories. If an item qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly noted at checkout.
Delivery Time: Standard international delivery typically takes 8-15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Wholesale/Bulk Orders: For large B2B or wholesale orders exceeding standard courier limits, shipping rates may show as "TBD" (To Be Determined). Our team will contact you directly with a custom freight quote (Air Freight or LCL Sea Freight) after the order is placed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important) LookCarShow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
United States: Orders under $800 generally do not incur import duties.
European Union (EU) & UK: Customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs clearance fees upon delivery, as these are NOT collected at our checkout.
Southeast Asia (e.g., Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia): Customs regulations and import duties vary significantly by country. For high-value automotive modification parts, you may be subject to import taxes and local VAT upon arrival. It is your strict responsibility to handle customs clearance and pay any associated fees required by your local authorities.
Brazil & Latin America: Customs regulations are extremely strict. Customers must provide a valid Tax ID (e.g., CPF/CNPJ for Brazil) if required by the carrier. You are fully responsible for any import duties, local taxes (e.g., ICMS), or clearance fees imposed by your local authorities.
Failure to Pay: If a package is returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, LookCarShow will not issue a refund for the order or shipping costs. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
5. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@lookcarshow.com with photo evidence so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement.
