Thank you for shopping at LookCarShow. We take pride in providing high-quality automotive lighting and modification parts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns Due to the technical nature of automotive lighting, to be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
It must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. (Any signs of installation, wire cutting, or mounting will void the return).
It must be in the original packaging with all protective materials, manuals, and accessories included.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee (Buyer's Remorse) If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, or simply no longer need it:
Return Shipping: You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. International return shipping to our warehouse can be expensive, so please double-check your vehicle fitment before purchasing.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover original shipping, handling, and processing costs.
Original shipping charges (if any) are strictly non-refundable.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
In these rare cases, LookCarShow will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement or full refund without requiring a return, at our discretion.
5. How to Initiate a Return Do NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package without contacting us first.
Email our support team at support@lookcarshow.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee, if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3-7 business days.
